Lark Coffee Roasters is a small specialty coffee roaster located in Creston. They carefully curate coffees to make sure they are of exceptional quality and shop their beans based on seasonal availability therefore contributing to transport sustainability.
The heart (beans) of their operation are sourced from single farms, women-owned farms, co-ops and indigenous producers that are all almost exclusively organic. Come pick up a batch and try a sample at their new roaster located in the heart of downtown Creston!
